Exascend’s M.2 2230 SSD is built upon Micron’s advanced 176-layer TLC-based PCIe Gen4 NVMe NAND, launched earlier this year. This enables the Exascend M.2 2230 SSD to offer extreme storage density through an incredibly thin M.2 form factor, addressing the computing and power efficiency needs of today’s data-intensive applications, such as point-of-sale (POS) and Internet of Things (IoT).
Exascend’s PCIe Gen4 M.2 2230 SSDs feature a DRAM-less design for lower power draws and high flexibility. In 240, 480 and 960 GB capacities, the M.2 2230 SSDs are configured for both industrial and enterprise applications, delivering up to 3200 MB/s read and 900 MB/s write speeds.
Industrial wide-temperature support with the award-winning PI4 series
The industrial-grade M.2 2230 SSD leverages wide-temperature technology to deliver impeccable performance in extreme temperatures from -40°C to 85°C, making it ideal for rugged edge applications. This SSD is included in Exascend’s award-winning PI4 series, which features an industrial-grade PCIe Gen4 M.2, U.2 and E1.S SSD lineup.
High-QoS, low-latency enterprise storage with the PE4 series
Exascend’s enterprise-class PE4 series, which previously offered M.2 2280, M.2 2242, U.2 and E1.S form factors, is also completed with a new M.2 2230 specification. Featuring the same top sustained performance as the PI4 series, the new PE4 M.2 2230 SSD is designed to bring high QoS and low-latency performance to even the most demanding data center applications.
