Exascend to present at CP+ Camera & Photo Imaging Show 2023

Exascend, Inc., a leader in cinematography, industrial-grade, enterprise-class and automotive flash storage solutions, is partnering with distributor RAID to bring Exascend’s cinema-optimized storage lineup to CP+ Camera & Photo Imaging Show, taking place Thursday, February 23 to Sunday, February 28, 2023 in Yokohama, Japan.

CP+, which has been around since 2010, is one of the largest trade fairs in Asia for camera and imaging equipment. This year, Exascend will showcase its flagship Nitro CFexpress Type B, Essential CFexpress Type A, CFast and SD cards as well as the company’s latest ruggedized portable SSDs at Pacifico Yokohama (officially known as Pacific Convention Plaza Yokohama) under RAID’s booth at No.15.

The best of cinematography storage on display

Visitors can get up close with Exascend’s industry-best CFexpress Type B cards rated VPG400 and IP67 for their performance and ruggedness, as well as market-leading CFexpress Type A cards up to 480 GB – a rare high-capacity offering among Type A memory cards for Sony cameras.

Also on display will be Exascend’s newly launched Explorer series portable SSDs. With rugged and durable construction, drop resistance, and IP67 protection against water and dust, the sleek and sturdy Explorer Portable SSD is the perfect companion for photographers and cinema professionals on the move, offering up to 8 TB of ample storage space.

What to expect from Exascend next: VPG400-certified CFexpress Type A in 1 TB

Among the more exciting announcements Exascend will make this year at CP+ is perhaps the unveiling of the company’s first 1 TB capacity, VPG400-certified CFexpress Type A card – the market’s highest-capacity CFexpress Type A yet.

The 1 TB CFexpress Type A memory card, according to Exascend, is expected to be launched later this year.
